What is included in each breast shield kit?
Each pre-assembled, pre-sterilized breast shield kit is comprised of all essential pumping components, including two breast shields, associated tubing and connectors, and milk pouches with secure lids. MilkMate also offers additional milk pouches as needed, ensuring a comprehensive and seamless pumping experience.
What happens if the pump breaks?
While MilkMate anticipates smooth operation of its pump, MilkMate maintains an extra pump at each location as a precaution. For any trouble shooting or support relate questions, you can always contact support@milkmate.com to get in touch with a MilkMate representative today.
What happens if we run out of breast shield kits?
MilkMate is a service, meaning that they consistently monitor and replenish parts, ensuring that the solution remains adequately stocked. As a user, however, the ask is to help MilkMate help you with inventory tracking by simply scanning the MilkMate provided QR code each time you pump and use a MilkMate single-use parts kit.
