MilkMate practices sustainability by equipping every solution with recycling collection bins to properly dispose of used breast shield kits. In addition, MilkMate is continuously evaluating additional ways to become more sustainable and minimize the company’s environmental impact.

MilkMate’s solution is designed to help create a more equitable workplace. MilkMate has an upfront installation fee plus a recurring subscription service fee that is partially based on usage. The total price to the customer will vary based on the number of employees, configuration of their workspace and number of solutions required. MilkMate offers a turnkey breast pumping solution for workplace wellness rooms, allowing mothers to pump breast milk without bringing anything with them to work, thus supporting their transition back to the office and ongoing productivity following maternity leave.

  • Absolutely! Learning to use MilkMate’s solution is very straightforward. The parts kits come pre-assembled, pre-sterilized, and ready for immediate use so all you have to do is open a kit bag, position your parts, plug in the tubing to MilkMate’s multi-user pump and begin your session. 
  • MilkMate’s pump includes a user-friendly interface with intuitive buttons, designed to operate similarly to other well-known breast pumps on the market. 
  • In addition, should there be any questions, MilkMate equips its users with step-by-step instructions to ensure a seamless experience.

The cost of MilkMate is fully covered by the employer and offered as a benefit to employees.  

Each pre-assembled, pre-sterilized breast shield kit is comprised of all essential pumping components, including two breast shields, associated tubing and connectors, and milk pouches with secure lids. MilkMate also offers additional milk pouches as needed, ensuring a comprehensive and seamless pumping experience.

While MilkMate anticipates smooth operation of its pump, MilkMate maintains an extra pump at each location as a precaution. For any trouble shooting or support relate questions, you can always contact support@milkmate.com to get in touch with a MilkMate representative today.

MilkMate is a service, meaning that they consistently monitor and replenish parts, ensuring that the solution remains adequately stocked. As a user, however, the ask is to help MilkMate help you with inventory tracking by simply scanning the MilkMate provided QR code each time you pump and use a MilkMate single-use parts kit.
