Team Leaders at MilkMate

Our mission is to help evolve the modern workplace for working mothers and their employers.

Founder & CEO

Patrice Meagher

Patrice has always been passionate about making the working mom’s life more efficient.

Patrice spent the past 20 years working in commercial real estate. As a partner on the top agency leasing team in New York City, she represented dozens of building owners and hundreds of corporate tenants. She experienced the rise of employee health and wellness as a corporate priority and helped landlords and employers design best in class wellness rooms to comply with new laws requiring dedicated spaces for breast pumping.

Patrice is the mother of four children and breastfed each of them even after returning from maternity leave. She endured firsthand the indignities and inconvenience of pumping at work and watched colleagues and peers drop out of the workforce. She conceptualized the MilkMate to empower working mothers to never have to choose between their newborn and their career and to enable employers to recruit and retain female talent.

Patrice received her B.A. in Communications with a Minor in Film Studies from Boston College.

Spent 17 years as an Executive Vice President at CBRE where she was partner on the top agency leasing team in NYC.

Member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and former Chair of CBRE’s Tri-State Women’s Network.

Outside of building MilkMate, Patrice enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
