MBA Growth Intern Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated MBA student to join our team this summer in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a fast-paced, high performing team on a variety of projects that are mission critical to an early-stage female founded start-up.

As a start-up, we are seeking candidates who are ready to roll up their sleeves, immerse themselves in the fundamentals of building a new company and spend the majority of their time executing.

Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with the MilkMate team across multiple projects (that will be shaped by your prior experience and your personal goals). Some project examples include:

  • Defining the customer success program / experience
  • Building out sales channel strategy
  • Managing brand marketing / social media strategy
  • Evaluating best in class supply chain and inventory management solutions
  • Organizing industry-expert roundtable discussions and other networking events

MilkMate prefers the candidate is in-person for this summer internship role, but offers flexibility through benefits like Summer “wfh” Fridays and other “wfh” days as needed.
